Straube Center is a leading resource in Virtual Office solutions, an ideal component for businesses which only require the occassional meeting or presentation space. Fully equipped, ready-to-work offices and conference rooms are available to suit your budget and work style. Flexible room-booking, and an avialble digital projector, whiteboards, kitchenette, and other common meeting needs help keep your business ahead of the game! Project a professional image at a fraction of the cost!

All virtual office include:

Conference Room Booking

We have three on-site conference rooms available for use, whether you are a tenant, a virtual tenant, or a non-tenant who just need a room for a day.

conference_room_k Our K-19, 4 Conference Room is approximately 150 sq. ft. and is located on the first floor in our K-114 Building. If you park on Straube Center Boulevard [link to “Directions and map”] enter the K-114 Building through the door marked “K-20.” Follow the hallway to your left, and the conference room will be straight down the hall, on your left. This room is available for booking at $35/hour.
IMG_1740_fs Our I-19 Conference Room is approximately 400 sq. ft. and is located on the second floor of our I-108 Building. If you park on West Franklin Avenue, and enter the door marked “I-108” continue up the stairs to your left and enter the door at the top of the stairs. The conference room will be down this hall on your left. This room is available for booking at $50/hour.
IMG_1729_fs Our F-C-2 Conference Room is approximately 250 sq. ft. and is located on the second floor of our F-106 building. If you park on Straube Center Boulevard, look for the handicap ramp and stairs. Enter the main door marked “F-106,”, and continue up the stairs to your right. Go through the door at the top of the stairs and follow the hallway around to your left. The conference room is the first door around the corner on your right. This room is available for booking at $45/hour.

If you need regular office space, but are on a tight budget, consider the option of shared office space. Use our Contact form to let us know what you’re looking for and we will do our best to recommend possible pairings with an appropriate party.

Standalone Mail Services

If you don’t need physical meeting space, and only require a professional Straube Center mailing address, mailbox, and package receipt service, we can provide this at a discounted rate, separate from our virtual offices and other services and starting at just $50/month.
