Albert M. Stark

Albert M. Stark, is a Shareholder and member of the Personal Injury Group at Stark & Stark, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He concentrates his practice on the seriously injured client, many of whom have suffered severe brain injuries, burns and spinal cord injuries. He effectively represents parents whose children have lost their lives in motor vehicle and airplane crashes.

Mr. Stark is the author of Beyond the Bar - Challenges in a Lawyer's Life, which was published in 2003. He is presently writing After the Verdict, a book about what happens to brain injury victims and their families after the case is over. In addition, he was the host of "Law Line" on WHWH radio for which he received the First Prize Media Award of the New Jersey State Bar Association for radio broadcasting. He is currently the host of "In the Public Interest" on WIMG radio, a program bringing topics of current importance to the community. He also appears as a Comcast Newsmaker. He is authoring a book, Advocate for the Living Dead.

He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he was an assistant city attorney and assistant county prosecuting attorney.

In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Mr. Stark was named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
