Dan Martin - "Journey Back"

Dan Martin is a writer, attorney, and psychotherapist. His first novel Journey Back was published in 2006. He is also the co-author of “The Danger-to-Self-or-Others Exception to Confidentiality”, a scholarly reference work used by psychotherapists, and is currently at work on a book of short stories, some of which are available on his website at www.DanLMartin.com.

He has a B.A. in political science from the State University of New York at Albany, a J.D. from Cornell Law School, and an M.C.S. (Masters in Counseling Services) from Rider College.

He is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, and Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court.
